Booking terms
The terms that apply when you book a place on a London Ignite programme.
1. Fees
Fees are per delegate and cover tuition, course materials, lunch and refreshments during the programme. Travel and accommodation are not included. London Ignite is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
2. Payment
Payment is due in full before the programme starts. Organisations may request an invoice. Invoices are payable within 30 days, or before the start date if that is sooner. A place is confirmed only when we send written confirmation.
3. Cancellation by you
Cancel in writing by email to info@londonignite.com.
- 30 days or more before the start date: full refund.
- 14–29 days before: 50% refund, or a free transfer to a later date.
- Fewer than 14 days, or non-attendance: no refund. A substitute delegate may attend instead.
If you book as an individual consumer, you also have a 14-day cancellation right from the date of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to begin the service within that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount.
4. Substitutions
You may send another delegate in your place at any time at no charge. Please tell us their name before the start date.
5. Transfers
One free transfer to another scheduled date of the same programme, if requested at least 14 days before the start date and subject to availability.
6. Changes and cancellation by London Ignite
We may change a venue within London, a trainer or a timetable detail where necessary. If a programme cannot run, including because too few delegates have booked, we will tell you at least 14 days before the start date where possible and offer a full refund or a transfer. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur, so we recommend booking flexible or refundable travel.
7. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the programme concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Course materials
Materials are for the delegate's own professional use and may not be copied or redistributed.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
